Hello Alberta Clipper! It looks like the storm for the most part went right around the city. Hwy. 1 is closed from Falcon Lake all the way to Thunder Bay.

Farmers Rd. is pretty chewed up so be careful driving. The trails and parking lot are very muddy. Stay to the trees and it is not bad for walking.

With all the goings on at the park it is nice to just walk and look at the leaves that are turning. I found a good sized wasp nest along the Main trail. I got stung yesterday on the palm of my hand. Be careful around the garbage and recycling cans. They are very active this time of year.

The plowed trails are very dangerous to walk on so stay to the sides of them or take the off-trails to get around. Also the Tree line trail is blown in.
